Features:
The cooked dough chiffon cake aeration system comes with a heating tank. Mixing a portion of flour with hot water in the heating tank in advance to gelatinize the starch in the flour to form a hot dough batter. Then mixing the cooked dough batter with other ingredients and aerate it.
Since the starch gelatinization during the cooked dough process can better lock in moisture,and the cake is not easy to dry out during the baking process, so the taste is more delicate, soft and the taste of the cake is richer and more intense.
